Fischer uses the high density planting system. This provides greater productivity, precocity and quality. It also provides for an ease in the handling of the orchard.

Laboratory analyses of the soil are done before the planting in order to define the quantity of correctives and fertilizers that are necessary for the orchard to express all of its potential.

After planting the trees are cared for through pruning, branch tying and fertilizations to provide the best production conditions. This process takes up to three years.
