Construímos esse novo ciclo do Programa Trilhar com o objetivo de continuar viabilizando junto aos nossos rodutores uma cadeia mais sustentável. Em parceria com a Produzindo Certo, empresa especializada em apoiar empresas e produtores no fortalecimento de uma agricultura sustentável, elaboramos uma pesquisa para ajudar você a conhecer melhor sua propriedade, recebendo gratuitamente um checklist que ajudará em um maior entendimento sobre os requisitos necessários para uma produção sustentável. Essa é uma trajetória que vamos planejar lado a lado, traçando diagnósticos, caminhos e melhorias.

Com o Programa Trilhar podemos continuar construindo juntos uma citricultura melhor e produzir com mais responsabilidade. Nessa jornada convidamos os produtores parceiros a reforçar o compromisso com a produção de seus pomares de forma social e ambientalmente responsável.  Garantindo condições de trabalho adequadas aos funcionários e usando recursos naturais com responsabilidade, assegurando perenidade da sua produção.

Com propósito semelhante ao PVE, a Escola Complementar, suporta a qualidade das ações educativas e culturais no contra turno escolar de crianças da escola municipal rural de Matão. Única a atender esta zona da cidade, têm atividades extraclasse de arte, esporte, música e cuidados com o meio ambiente, bem como acompanhamento de fonoaudiólogos e psicopedagogos. As ações ocorrem na Fazenda Cambuhy em parceria com a Cambuhy Agrícola
e a Citrosuco, beneficiando 42 crianças.

O Núcleo desenvolve, em parceria com o SESI Matão,  a melhoria da qualidade de vida e autoestima destas pessoas, favorecendo o processo de inclusão e cidadania entre todos os envolvidos. O projeto atende 40 PcD, oferendo a estes a pratica de diferentes atividades esportivas, em especial a natação.

Desde 2017, em parceria com o Instituto Votorantim, A Citrosuco desenvolve o projeto Abrace essa Causa, que orienta os empregados sobre a destinação do imposto de renda pessoa física para projetos sociais, relacionados a crianças e jovens em vulnerabilidade social, por meio do Fundo Municipal dos Direitos da Criança e do Adolescente (FMDCA). Soma-se ao Abrace essa Causa, as destinações por parte da empresa . Os recursos destinados ao FMDCA  em 2021  contemplam projetos de cinco municípios. São eles: Equoterapia em Matão, suportado pela APAE, Criança Cidadão do Futuro em Catanduva,  Creche Azul…tecendo sonhos em Araraquara, Capacitando para o futuro em Araras e Formando cidadãos em Itapetininga.

A iniciativa, que é em parceria com o Instituo Votorantim, tem foco na Educação e busca contribuir com a melhoria da qualidade no ensino público municipal, tendo como lema “Estar presente faz a diferença”. Em 2021 a Citrosuco desenvolve o programa em seis municípios: Angatuba, Ibitinga, Itapetininga,  Matão, Nova Europa e Nova Granada. sempre em parceria com as secretarias municipais de Educação e o Instituto Votorantim, trabalhando em dois eixos: Mobilização Social, que tem como foco o fortalecimento do valor social da educação “Qualificar a demanda”, e Apoio a Gestão escolar, que tem como foco o fortalecimento das políticas públicas locais “Qualificar a oferta”.

Realizado em parceria com a Cooperativa de Recebimento de Embalagens de Defensivos Ariar, abrange ações educacionais de promoção da adequada gestão de resíduos em áreas rurais. Em 2018, foram 500 mudas de árvores nativas distribuídas e 1,8 mil estudantes da rede pública impactados.

Promove o acesso do jovem no mercado de trabalho, por meio do apoio à sua formação profissional e do estabelecimento de conexões entre seus interesses e as oportunidades do mercado. As atividades acontecem nos municípios de Matão, Catanduva e Iaras.
